 We look forward to making your event at TIBBIES very special
for you
and your guests. To ensure high quality service, we require
your party’s
main entrée selections at least ten days prior to the
date of your
reservation. For your convenience, we provide you with dinner
tally
sheets to help you record your guests’ choices. During
your group’s
check-in, we distribute meal cards to each of your guests indicating
their
previously chosen entrée selections. During meal service,
we match the
dinner plates to the meal cards. Sorry, we are not able to
accommodate
last-minute changes to meal selections.
All entrees are accompanied
by a Caesar salad, freshly baked bread with
butter, oven-roasted potatoes, baby French green beans, TIBBIES’
famous dessert, coffee, tea, unlimited sodas and, of course,
a fabulous
show!!!

Our most exciting entrée yet! Guests will enjoy a cut
of our U.S.D.A. Select Prime
Rib, slow roasted and served medium partnered with our tempting
Chicken
Florentine: a boneless, skinless, breast of chicken stuffed
with fresh spinach and
topped with a light Swiss cheese cream sauce.
Singin’ Salmon
Dill Buerre Blanc
A delicious baked salmon filet topped with white dill butter
sauce.
